Setelah bentrokan Mash Burnedead dengan Magia Lupus, rahasia tentang kekuatannya kini terungkap. Perayaan singkat ini berakhir ketika Biro Sihir memanggil Mash di hadapan para Visioner Ilahi, yang secara kolektif memutuskan bahwa Mash harus menanggung akibatnya dan mati. Namun, organisasi bayangan jahat bernama Innocent Zero membajak penyelidikan tersebut untuk menuntut agar Mash tetap hidup.
